about

The title track is the most varied excursion into the twisted mind of The Coretastrophe. Off the starting line your ears are into some sweet funk, an offtime weird metal tangent, and then a flamenco breakdown! Ole! Then comes some full-bore melodic metal that dissolves into increasing dissonance. After it all falls apart, a confused hybrid of salsa-blackmetal takes over, then gives way to... why not... some melodic pop-punk. Most abruptly, your ears then stop into a jazz lounge, and then you are taken to your knees with a colossal ambient tritonal djent ending.
